We are now accepting applications for our Spring 2026 peer cohorts.

Each confidential peer group is exclusively designed for highly successful business owners looking to explore succession options that balance getting the retirement security you need, while also strengthening your local legacy.

Each hands-on experience will support up to 9 highly successful businesses to begin exploring what it means to sell your business to your employees, offering both inspiration and practical tools to consider an exit via an internal sale.

Throughout the day, participants will:

who have successfully sold to their employees with live Q&A on how they approached the process.

Connect with financing partners who specialize in employee ownership transitions, and succession planning.

Receive a preliminary business valuation and exit report to help you assess your company’s readiness for an exit.

Understand Colorado’s unique tax incentives, up to $167,000, designed to make employee ownership a financially compelling path.

Build relationships with other highly successful business owners who share common values and a vision for sustainable succession.

In the application, please specify if you’re more interested in Cohort 1, a one-day in-person session, or Cohort 2, a virtual group with short weekly sessions.*

    • The primary owner of a businesses with $2 million+ in annual revenue

    • The business has been profitable for last 3 years and has 5+ employees

    • The business owner is considering their exit in the next few years

    • Cohort 1: Feb 28th  (One-day session)
